Dr. Sudip Bhattacharya (MD, PGI Chandigarh) India is currently working, as an Assistant Professor at AII India Institute of Medical Sciences, Madurai, in the Department of Community and Family Medicine. He is now actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, training, and translational research (area of interest-primary health, health system strengthening, family medicine, health promotion, palliative care, and telemedicine). He is also involved in multiple collaborative research projects with 10 countries (USA, Turkey, Canada, Greece, etc.) To date, he has published 100 plus scientific research papers in the international as well as in national journals (Scopus/PubMed) including British Medical Journal, PloS, Elsevier, and written a Post Graduate Practical Book and 3 chapters in the textbooks. He is also a Reviewer of BMJ, Plos, and Elsevier journals, Editor-in-Chief of Razi International Medical Journal, Associate Editor of Frontiers in Public Health, and Editorial Board Member of BMC Primary Care( Springer Nature), International Journal of Medicine and Public Health, Integrative Medicine Case Reports, Journal of Applied Sciences and Clinical Practice. He has received the prestigious IPASM-Ford Foundation Research Grant in 2017 as a principal investigator.
